Terms and Conditions — Your Agreement With 99pkr

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 99pkr platform — whether through the website or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 99pkr. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.

99pkr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any update is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a 99pkr account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 99pkr is strictly an adults-only platform. Registration by or for anyone under 18 is prohibited.
• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration. Creating an account in another person's name is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You may hold only one (1) active account on 99pkr at any time. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed if identified.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your name, contact details and any payment information submitted to the platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 99pkr or an immediate family member of such a person.

99pkr may ask you to verify your identity at any point. This is standard practice and is done to protect the security of your account. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in your account being temporarily suspended until the verification is completed.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Your 99pkr account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. You are also responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not it was carried out by you directly.

What You Must Do

• Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 99pkr immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keep your registered contact details up to date so that security notifications reach you promptly.

What 99pkr Will Not Do

• 99pkr will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone. Any message claiming to be from 99pkr and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• 99pkr staff will not make bets, deposits or withdrawals on your behalf without your explicit instruction through proper platform channels.

99pkr cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have shared your login details with another person.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Transactions

All transactions on the 99pkr platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 99pkr supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and standard debit or credit cards. The full list of currently supported methods is shown in the payment section of your account.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100.
• Deposits are credited to your 99pkr account balance once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer and Raast timelines depend on the respective institution.
• Only funds deposited through your own registered payment methods will be accepted. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• 99pkr does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard processing times apply based on the method selected.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of request confirmation. Bank transfers and Raast payments are usually completed within one business day.
• 99pkr reserves the right to carry out identity verification before processing any withdrawal if it has not been completed previously.

Any funds deposited to 99pkr but not used for betting or gaming may be withdrawn subject to the standard withdrawal process described above. 99pkr does not hold your funds for longer than reasonably necessary to process a requested withdrawal.

5 Betting, Gaming Rules and Bet Settlement

99pkr offers sports betting markets covering cricket, PSL, T20 Internationals, football, esports and other sports, alongside casino-style games including slots, fish games and bingo. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted by the 99pkr system cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation.
• The minimum bet amount per selection is PKR 50 unless otherwise stated for a specific market or game.
• 99pkr reserves the right to place maximum bet limits on individual markets, events or accounts at its discretion.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been opened in error may be voided at 99pkr's discretion.

Sports Bet Settlement

• Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the appropriate governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and domestic cricket, the ICC for international matches.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within the timeframe specified in the market rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are published in the betting rules section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets are settled based on the state of the game at the time the bet was confirmed by the system, not at the time it was submitted by the player.

Casino Games and RNG

• All casino-style games on 99pkr — including slots, fish games and bingo — use verified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. Results are not influenced by previous outcomes or by the size of the bet placed.
• Game-specific rules, paytables and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game interface.
• Any technical failure during a game round that prevents the round from completing normally will be handled in accordance with the game provider's stated recovery procedures. Incomplete rounds will not result in the player being charged.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

99pkr runs promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers and free bet promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. Where there is a conflict between a general bonus term and a specific offer term, the specific offer term takes precedence.

• Each bonus or promotional offer is intended for one account per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a single offer multiple times using different accounts is considered abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant offer before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each offer. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• 99pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the standard withdrawal process once wagering requirements have been met.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99pkr platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed, any winnings being voided and any remaining balance being withheld pending investigation.

• Creating more than one account or attempting to register after a previous account has been closed by 99pkr.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to place bets, interact with games or exploit any aspect of the platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug or vulnerability on the platform. Any winnings resulting from a known or exploited technical error may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes, including in any live multiplayer format.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• Depositing funds from payment methods that are not registered in your own name.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point when asked to verify your identity.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour towards 99pkr staff or other platform users.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

99pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited activity or if account closure is necessary to comply with any legal or regulatory requirement applicable to the platform.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your 99pkr account, you can contact support through the platform. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to the standard withdrawal process and any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gaming can request a self-exclusion period through our Responsible Gaming tools. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, place bets or access the platform. 9 Limitation of Liability

99pkr provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain availability and a smooth experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, that it will be entirely free from errors or that all content will be completely accurate at all times.

• 99pkr is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions or delays that are outside of our reasonable control, including issues with third-party payment providers or internet connectivity on the player's side.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Any bet or game round that cannot be completed due to a verifiable technical failure on 99pkr's side will be handled fairly — either voided with stakes returned or completed once the technical issue is resolved, at 99pkr's reasonable discretion.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits 99pkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10 Privacy and Data Use

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering with 99pkr, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

• We collect the information you provide during registration, verification and account use in order to operate your account, process transactions and improve the platform.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your payment information is handled securely and is not stored in full on our servers beyond what is necessary to process transactions.
• We may contact you with account-related communications and, where you have opted in, promotional messages. You can manage your communication preferences in your account settings.

11 Responsible Gaming

99pkr is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We encourage all players to approach sports betting and gaming as entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

• Set a budget before every session and stick to it. Only use money that you can comfortably afford to lose.
• Take regular breaks. Time limits and session reminders are available in your account settings.
• Never chase losses. If a session is not going your way, stepping away is always the right move.
• All games and betting at 99pkr are for adults aged 18 and above only. Parents and guardians should use device-level parental controls to prevent access by minors.

These Terms and Conditions represent the full agreement between you and 99pkr in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede any previous terms, representations or understandings, whether written or verbal.
